As many of you people, I like to do a laugh from time to time while watching a programme with my eyes and making a "hahaha" sound from out of the hole in my head NOT THAT ONE.
One of my best ones for doing this to now that Community has all gone shitted up bad like after Dan Harmon was fired is Archer. If you don't know about it because you are an idiot, that's okay, I will tell you. It's an animated US sitcom that takes James Bond to its logical conclusion - that he is a douchebag and would be a douchebag to everyone.
The titular Archer is a Bond-style spy who works for an incompetent private espionage firm called ISIS. while vaguely competent on his own terms, the real reason he remains employed is because it's run by his bitchy, alcoholic mother. Each episode sees her concoct or respond to some mission by sending Archer and his ex girlfriend Lana out to sort it. Also on board are weedy accountant Cyril, bare-knuckle fighting sexual predator and HR person Pam, demented secretary Cheryl and Dr Krieger, one of the Boys from Brazil.
If that doesn't make you sploosh yourself with excitement, it's essentially a reunion of Arrested Development. Jessical Walter plays Archer's mum Malory like Lucille Bluth, because she essentially is. The sublime Judy Greer plays Cheryl and Jeffrey Tambor and David Cross have also popped up. There are a series of excellent running gags, such as the Danger Zone thread title, the sploosh up there and many, many others. Plus the character developement and attention to detail is wonderful.
I LITERALLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY ENOUGH SO GET OFF THIS FORUM AND WATCH IT NOW AND LIKE IT AND MAKE ME YOUR KING FOR LIKING SUCH BRILLIANT STUFF THEN COME BACK ONTO THIS FORUM AND RESPOND!
