I'm largely happy with trying most reds at the moment, still exploring - classic old worlds (Bordeaux, Grenache esp.), and lots of new world especially Malbec and Chilean Merlots. I don't mind Shiraz but it is pretty ubiquitious. I've had some new World Cab Sauv I've found a bit syruppy recently and I can take or leave Rioja. Got a spectacular bottle of Chateauneuf du Pape I'm saving for a rainy day or a pretty girl... that was a birthday present...
For whites, I'm more fussy - Chenin Blanc, Viogner, Gewurstraminer, and Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc ok only. Not a fan of Chardonnay and that's not just because it's fashionable to say that, promise...

Drinking a Puglian Nero as I type nice deep flavour with a slight bite - very nice. had a horrendous Shiraz the other day though, never a favourite, but they must make paint stripper from this one. (Don't trust a screw top whatever you're told)

My wine-selling days are, for the time being, sadly, over - working on a Cruises account. It's very, very, very dull...
