Here's a thread for recent earworms. Bloodsports by Suede, The Messenger by Johnny Marr and The Next Day by David Bowie. All marvellous and rather close in genre I suppose!

Good choices, all. I've been listening to Gin Wigmore a fair bit. A little bit like Paloma Faith, but with more grit and less batshittery. (Not that I don't love Paloma's brand of batshittery to bits.)

The Next Day certainly. Very excited about seeing the V&A exhibition about him next week. I have heard from a lot of people it's marvellous.
On the whole, this week I are be mostly listening to my usuals, I'm afraid. Half Man, Half Biscuit, They Might Be Giants, Amanda Palmer, The Divine Comedy and a shedload of nu folk. Although I did get a bit tiddly and have an epid Queen youtube evening, but that happened at least eight days ago, so not sure if it counts...
